The Paths of St. Gaudentius - Walk & Hike Weekend

Designed for more experienced hikers, the weekend package "The Paths of St. Gaudentius" combines the beauty of Lošinj Island with hiking.

The route covers a variety of terrains, from peaceful trails to rocky ridges, and offers rewarding views at every turn. On Saturday, we will embark on a full-day hike to the peaks of Osoršćica. and visit the mountain lodge, the cave of Saint Gaudentius, and the St. Mikula peak, which offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Lošinj archipelago and beyond (duration 6 hours). On Sunday, we will enjoy a shorter circular walk at the foot of Osoršćica, passing through Halmac, the oldest settlement of Nerezine, and the abandoned village of Tržić, believed to be the birthplace of Saint Gaudentius (duration 3 hours).

After a rewarding day, relax by the sea at the Lopari campsite and experience the island's rhythm - the perfect way to end an active weekend on Lošinj.

The package includes:

• 2 nights in Osor Vista Village mobile home with half board
• 2 guided walking tours
• 1x protein bar and isotonic drink per person
• Nordic walking poles (subject to availability)
• map of foothpats and promenades of the island of Lošinj
• late check-out

Equipment: sturdy and comfortable walking/hiking footwear, backpack, windbreaker, suitable clothes, water, poles (optional), headwear, sunglasses, rain protection

The program is conducted with a licensed guide from the Croatian Mountain Rescue Service (HGSS). Participants in the program participate at their own risk.
