These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: the "Terms") govern the conditions of reservation, purchase, payment and use of accommodation services and other services provided in campsites managed by Lošinjska plovidba – Turizam d.o.o.
These Terms form an integral part of every reservation and apply to all users who make a reservation via the online booking system, by submitting an inquiry through the website, by direct inquiry via email or telephone, or in person at the reception desk.
By using the website and completing a reservation, the user confirms that they have read, understood and fully accept these Terms and Conditions.
Ordering (Reservation)
Services can be ordered through:
- the online booking system on the website
- the contact form on the website
- telephone
- in person at the campsite reception
The ordering process begins with the selection of the accommodation unit and the stay period, followed by the entry of the required user information.
A reservation shall be deemed received at the moment the user receives a reservation confirmation via email or another communication channel.
Payment
Payment for reserved services may be made by:
- credit and debit cards via a secure online payment system (payment gateway)
- bank transfer
- in person at the reception desk
- other available payment methods in accordance with the offer
Online payments are processed through a secure payment system that uses encryption and security protocols to protect card data. Lošinjska plovidba – Turizam d.o.o. does not store credit card data.
Lošinjska plovidba – Turizam d.o.o. reserves the right to change prices in accordance with its business policy and market conditions. The final account for services is settled at the reception prior to departure.
Service Delivery
The service shall be considered delivered at the moment the reservation is confirmed electronically, while the actual service is provided at the facility on the arrival date and during the reserved period of stay.
All reservation-related information is delivered to the user electronically.
Reservation Terms and Conditions
In order for a reservation to be valid, the user is required to make an advance payment of a minimum of 30% of the total accommodation amount or an amount agreed with the sales department. The reservation becomes valid on the date the advance payment or reservation fee is recorded and is held until 20:00 on the day of arrival.
Advance payments can be made online by credit/debit card or by bank transfer.
The final invoice is settled at the reception prior to departure or in accordance with the conditions stated in the reservation confirmation.
Any modification or cancellation of a reservation is possible exclusively online or in written form, in accordance with the cancellation policy stated in the reservation confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation rules may vary depending on the applicable rate plan. A reservation may be cancelled within the period specified in the applicable rate plan indicated in the written reservation confirmation. In case of cancellation after the deadline stated in the confirmation or in the event of a no-show, the full amount of the advance payment will be charged in accordance with the reservation conditions.
Lošinjska plovidba – Turizam d.o.o. reserves the right to refuse, cancel or modify a reservation in the event of misuse of the booking system or if the reservation was made due to an obvious user error.
Complaints and Written Complaints Submission
In accordance with the Act on the Provision of Services in Tourism (Article 21, Paragraph 1, Official Gazette NN 130/17), consumers who are not satisfied with the provided service may submit a written complaint by post to the company's registered address, by email to [email protected], by fax, or by entering the complaint in the Book of Complaints available at the facility. Receipt of the written complaint will be confirmed without delay in writing, and a response will be provided within 15 days from the date of receipt.
Privacy Protection and Payment Security
Lošinjska plovidba – Turizam d.o.o. is committed to protecting users' personal data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations and the GDPR.
Online payments are carried out via a secure certified payment gateway system that applies the highest data protection standards and encrypted communication (SSL protocol).
Website Terms of Use
All content published on the website www.losinia.hr, including texts, photographs, graphics, logos, documents, data and other materials (hereinafter: the "Content"), is the property of Lošinjska plovidba – Turizam d.o.o. or is used with appropriate rights and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. The use of the Content is permitted solely for personal and non-commercial purposes, in compliance with all applicable laws, and such use does not imply any transfer of ownership rights. Lošinjska plovidba – Turizam d.o.o. shall not be liable for any errors, inaccuracies or outdated information on the website and reserves the right to modify the content at any time without prior notice. The website may contain links to third-party websites over which Lošinjska plovidba – Turizam d.o.o. has no control and assumes no responsibility for their content, accuracy or security, and users access such websites at their own risk.
Final Provisions
Lošinjska plovidba – Turizam d.o.o. reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions at any time. All amendments shall enter into force upon publication on the website.
In the event of any discrepancies or differences in interpretation between language versions of these Terms and Conditions, the Croatian language version shall prevail.
All matters not expressly regulated by these Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Croatia.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court according to the registered seat of Lošinjska plovidba – Turizam d.o.o.
